Role Description The CMO will spearhead Mosch Labs' marketing strategy, overseeing market planning, conducting market research, and managing marketing initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing public relations efforts, and collaborating closely with sales teams to drive growth and brand awareness. The CMO will have a direct and tangible impact on the company’s expansion and strategic direction in the AI industry. Qualifications Proficiency in Market Planning, including the ability to develop and execute strategic marketing initiativesStrong expertise in Market Research to ensure data-driven decisions and deep understanding of market trendsProven capabilities in Public Relations to build and maintain a strong brand presenceExperience in Marketing Management, including leading teams and overseeing large-scale campaignsKnowledge of Sales processes and collaboration strategies to align marketing with revenue goalsAbility to thrive in a leadership position with visionary thinking and a data-driven mindsetExceptional communication and presentation skillsPrior experience in the AI or technology sector is highly desirableBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
