This position will work closely with cloud engineering, DevOps, cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and program management teams to ensure activities are properly tracked, issues are addressed, and program deliverables are completed on schedule.\n\nJob Duties & Responsibilities - Essential Job Functions may include, but are not limited to, the following\n\nTrack and manage program tasks, action items, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple cloud platform workstreams.\nMaintain task trackers and dashboards to monitor progress, identify overdue activities, and communicate risks and dependencies.\nCoordinate with cloud engineering, DevOps, cybersecurity, application development, infrastructure, and operations teams to obtain status updates and drive task completion.\nSupport the day-to-day management of the cloud platform help desk, including receiving, categorizing, prioritizing, assigning, tracking, and closing support requests.\nMonitor help desk tickets and ensure issues are routed to the appropriate technical teams and resolved within established service-level expectations.\nDevelop and maintain reports identifying ticket volume, aging, recurring issues, resolution status, and operational trends.\nCoordinate follow-up activities for unresolved technical issues, risks, action items, and customer requests.\nPrepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc program status reports for FAA leadership and program stakeholders.\nDraft and maintain PowerPoint presentations for program reviews, technical meetings, executive briefings, and stakeholder engagements.\nCollect technical and operational information from subject matter experts and translate it into clear, concise program-level communications.\nDevelop status summaries, briefing materials, meeting minutes, action-item logs, and other program documentation.\nSupport recurring program and technical meetings by preparing agendas, presentations, status information, and action-item tracking.\nTrack program metrics and key performance indicators related to cloud platform operations, engineering activities, service delivery, and customer support.\nAssist with identifying schedule risks, resource constraints, unresolved issues, and dependencies and escalate them to appropriate program leadership.\nMaintain program documentation and ensure deliverables, reports, trackers, and presentations are current and properly organized.\nSupport change-management activities by tracking requested changes, approvals, implementation status, and associated documentation.\nAssist with coordinating cloud platform releases, maintenance activities, and operational events from a program-management perspective.\nSupport development and maintenance of standard operating procedures, process documentation, and operational playbooks.\nWork with technical teams to ensure cloud platform activities are accurately reflected in program schedules and status reports.\nProvide administrative and analytical support to program and project managers as required.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.\n2–5 years of experience in program analysis, project coordination, technical project management, IT operations, or a related discipline.\nExperience tracking tasks, milestones, action items, risks, issues, and deliverables.\nExperience developing PowerPoint presentations, status reports, dashboards, and other program documentation.\nStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.\nExperience working with ticketing or help desk systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to obtain and maintain the security clearance or suitability determination required for the FAA program.\n\nWork Requirements:\n\nWork location: Remote\nWork Hours: 40\nTravel: 20%\nExtended Computer Use: Regular and prolonged periods of working at a computer terminal.\n\nLifting and Carrying: Occasional lifting of equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds may be required during installations.\n\nDexterity: Manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate computer equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform tasks requiring precision.\nSitting/Standing: Both prolonged sitting and occasional standing may be required for troubleshooting and attending to system issues.\nBackground check: Must have ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.\n\nAbout LS Technologies\nAt LS Technologies, a Tetra Tech Company, we're enhancing our nation’s critical infrastructure by providing engineering, technical, and professional services to Federal Government agencies.
