Emerge is seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Parts Sorters & Quality Inspectors in Medina, OH. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality inspection and manufacturing support within a reputable company that offers potential for permanent placement.Schedule:2 positions available: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PMKey ResponsibilitiesPerform visual and manual quality inspections to identify defects, errors, or inconsistencies related to thread counts, measurements, and material flaws.Sort and separate acceptable parts from defective ones, placing rejected parts in designated scrap or recycling bins.Maintain accurate counts and documentation of all inspected and sorted parts.Follow safety and company policies while maintaining an efficient workflow.Sit for extended periods while performing repetitive, detail-focused tasks.RequirementsStrong attention to detail with the ability to detect small differences or defects.Ability to stay focused and efficient during repetitive tasks.Willingness to sit for long periods.Dependable attendance and punctuality.Prior experience in quality control, inspection, or sorting is a plus—but not required.Compensation & Benefits$15/hourLong-term opportunity with room for growth and permanent placement potentialBenefits available after a waiting period through Emerge
