This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $112,200 – $196,400 annuallyResponsibilities Manage contractor prequalification platforms and maintain compliance documentation Monitor contractor qualification scores and coordinate corrective actions Administer corporate safety management systems including incident reporting Develop dashboards and reporting tools for decision-making Conduct routine quality assurance reviews of safety data Support the preparation and submission of regulatory reports Oversee incident data management and ensure corrective actions are documentedQualifications Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field (or equivalent experience) 8+ years of related work experience in Health and Safety, including supervisory roles Extensive knowledge of Federal and State health and safety regulations and reporting procedures Advanced knowledge of safety-related national consensus standards (e.g., ANSI, NFPA) Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Ability to perform in a supervisory/managerial capacityBenefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and flexible work schedules Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) 401(k) retirement plan Life insurance coverage Paid holidays to support work-life balanceOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
