{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"22fe113bea9899dd9969c00a","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/22fe113bea9899dd9969c00a","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/22fe113bea9899dd9969c00a","title":"IT/ Multimedia Support","description":"Job Title: IT/ Multimedia Support\nLocation: Hershey, PA\nType: Contract/ 6-12 months\nCompensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour\nWork Model: Onsite\nHours: 40.0\nResponsibilities\n\nMaintain existing multimedia systems and services\nPerform preventative maintenance to help avoid issues and ensure smooth operation of all systems\nTroubleshoot and resolve all technical problems in a timely and professional manner\nCoordinate with outside vendors for additional technical support when necessary\nMaintain appropriate levels of spare parts for common issues so repairs can be made efficiently\nFacilitate the use of campus multimedia systems and services\nDiscuss needs with event organizers to ensure full understanding of multimedia requirements, including room, system use, timings, and support levels\nSet up rooms and systems in advance of events and perform testing to confirm readiness\nFacilitate multimedia system use during events to support smooth operation\nDevelop and provide training to users on multimedia system operation and capabilities\nCreate and update operational manuals and documentation for systems\nProvide general end user support and training for employees and students using multimedia systems\nHandle loaning out portable equipment (sound systems, projectors)\nAssist with the annual budgeting process for multimedia systems upgrades and purchases\nMaintain accurate system documentation and inventories\nReview and approve multimedia-related invoices\nMaintain equipment and room inventories, including detailed records of multimedia systems and assets\n\nRequirements\n\nHigh School diploma and vocational or technical training in multimedia technology\n1-3 years of experience implementing and supporting multimedia technologies\nTechnical knowledge of and experience supporting common business multimedia equipment and systems\nExperience setting up and supporting basic residential multimedia systems\nFamiliarity with live production equipment, systems, and supporting live events\nKnowledge of multimedia control systems\nUnderstanding of data networking concepts\nExcellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills\nProficiency with Microsoft Office software\n\nSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
