assist/mentor team members whenever required.\r\nAdherence to coding standards\r\nCommunicate effectively with other engineers/ QE and onshore team\r\nSupport the QE team during testing via defect fixes, code deployment, clarifications\r\nFully encourage and facilitate high quality code through support QE team efforts including but not limited to mentoring, assistance, and writing/executing
