Other responsibilities include the monitoring, testing, and quality of products. This position shall also provide training, leadership, and technical support to all levels of employees.\nResponsibilities:\nInterface with customers and suppliers.\nProvide technical support to others related to the Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering functions.\nUnderstand and implement Quality Procedures & Processes, Quality Assurance Manual, Customer Requirements, and Quality Standards (i.e. AS9100).\nPerform internal audits.\nPerform audits of product and paperwork (i.e. shipping audits).\nPerform and Document AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports.\nPerform Document Control Functions.\nCreate and Update Process Procedures and Forms\nSupport and Perform Quality Inspections and Testing, including Receiving Inspection.\nPerform Investigations, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective and Preventive Action.\nMust be able to read and interpret blue prints, engineering specifications, and related documents.\nKnowledge of MRB process.\nAble to distinguish colors.\nPerform special assignments and other duties as required.\nDuties:\nEnsure Department area is FOD free.\nUnderstand, embrace, and ensure compliance to ESAM's safety policies and procedures.\nCreates Department efficiencies and brings ideas to senior management.\nStay within budget guidelines.\nBenefits:\n401(k) with up to 3% company match\nHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance\nLife insurance\nShort Term Disability Insurance\nPaid time off\nSick time\nSchedule:\nMonday- Friday 5:00am-1:30pm or 6am-2:30pm\nOT is required, as needed.
