This role supports outreach campaigns and engagement activities through development of communications materials and management of outreach assets and inventories.\r\nThe Content Developer & Asset Management Specialist develops outreach content supporting campaigns and events while managing asset tracking, storage, organization, and reuse processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, task-driven federal environment.\r\nThe ideal candidate brings experience supporting communications campaigns, content development, and digital asset organization while ensuring consistency, accessibility, and adherence to government standards.\r\nJob Location\r\nRemote. This position primarily supports remote operations and collaboration activities in support of a federal client environment. Periodic travel or onsite support within the Washington, DC Metro Area may be required based on client and contract activities.\r\nWhat You Will Do\r\n\r\n\r\nDevelop outreach and engagement content supporting campaigns, events, and stakeholder initiatives\r\n\r\n\r\nCreate and maintain communications materials, presentations, digital content, and outreach assets aligned with engagement objectives\r\n\r\n\r\nManage outreach asset inventories, digital file organization, tracking, storage, and reuse processes\r\n\r\n\r\nMaintain version control, templates, metadata organization, and file management processes across communications assets\r\n\r\n\r\nCoordinate with communications and outreach teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with campaign objectives\r\n\r\n\r\nSupport content revisions, formatting updates, and asset preparation across communications deliverables\r\n\r\n\r\nConduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, accessibility, consistency, and adherence to government standards\r\n\r\n\r\nManage multiple assignments and deadlines within structured workflow and task management environments\r\n\r\n\r\nSupport rapid-turn content and asset management requests in response to evolving program priorities\r\n\r\n\r\nBasic Qualifications\r\n\r\n\r\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance\r\n\r\n\r\nU.S. citizenship required\r\n\r\n\r\nBachelor's or Master's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, information management\r\n\r\n\r\n3+ years of professional experience in content development, communications, outreach support, digital asset management, or related field\r\n\r\n\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience developing outreach, engagement, or communications materials\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience managing digital asset inventories, file management systems, or content libraries\r\n\r\n\r\nStrong writing, editing, organizational, and content management skills\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience supporting federal government communications or outreach initiatives\r\n\r\n\r\nFamiliarity with digital asset management practices, metadata organization, and version control processes\r\n\r\n\r\nFamiliarity with accessibility, Section 508, and plain language best practices\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience working within structured workflow or task management environments\r\n\r\n\r\nProfessional Skills\r\n\r\n\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\r\n\r\n\r\nExcellent organizational and time management abilities\r\n\r\n\r\nStrong attention to detail and quality assurance skills\r\n\r\n\r\nAbility to work independently in a fully remote environment\r\n\r\n\r\nCollaborative mindset with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams\r\n\r\n\r\nWorking at ICF\r\nICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we're not your typical consultants.
