It takes the imagination and passion of all of usfrom design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per yearto look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.\r\nThe Material Handler is responsible for the movement, handling, and organization of materials and products within the warehouse and production areas, ensuring efficient workflow and accurate inventory.\r\nJob Responsibilities:\r\nOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to transport materials.\r\nPick and stage materials for production lines or outgoing shipments according to work orders and established procedures.\r\nPerform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.\r\nPrepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and loading onto trucks.\r\nInspect materials for damage or defects and report any issues to supervisors.\r\nAdhere to all safety guidelines and company policies, including those related to material handling and equipment operation.\r\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment.\r\nAssist with other warehouse and production tasks as needed.\r\nJob Qualifications:\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\r\n1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling role preferred.\r\nProficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (certification preferred).\r\nAbility to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.\r\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\r\nBasic computer skills for inventory management systems.\r\nAbility to read and understand work orders and safety instructions.\r\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\r\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.\r\nTo find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
