There are ample opportunities to collaborate with other offices on projects, widening your experience and network.This position will support our entire staff and reports directly to a Regional Office Manager. The schedule for this role can vary, but office hours are Monday – Thursday, 7:30am-5:30pm, Friday, 7:30am-11:30am. This role also has potential to turn into full-time in the future.The administrative assistant will perform a variety of duties and responsibilities working closely with Regional Office Manager. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Answer and route office phone calls promptly, correctly and in a courteous mannerSchedule meetings, office events, order food, and run errandsReview and distribute mail and ship packagesMonitor, order, and purchase office supplies as neededMake travel arrangements and training registrationsResolve issues with and maintain office equipment and suppliesAssist with the onboarding of new employees to include new-hire paperwork and working with IT/equipmentPartner with managers, engineers, and staff to understand needs and provide support including technical document reviewComplete special project assignments, such as compiling, printing, binding, and document deliveryOwnership of conference room and kitchen to include organizing and straightening.File management (paper and digital), including archivingCommunicate with staff and distribute important informationCoordinate fleet vehicle maintenance and coordination of usageAssist in planning and executing office activitiesPartner with business integration leader to support local community functions and eventsTroubleshoot building related issues and follow up with vendors to get issues resolvedOrganize and schedule submittal packets and information, assist with proposal drafts and graphicsCollaborate with other admin staff across the company Requirements: 3+ years of customer service or professional office experience preferredMinimum High School diploma or equivalentMust have valid driver's licenseMust be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs (mainly Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Adobe AcrobatDemonstrated attention to detail, self-motivation, and initiativeTeam-oriented focus with an interest in making J-U-B successfulBasic mathematical skills and understanding of accounting principles to include budgets, accounts payable and accounts receivable are a plusSalary Range: $19.00 – $23.50 hourly, determined by experience.Benefits: In addition to your competitive salary, J-U-B also offers an extensive benefits package including:Professional development opportunitiesBonuses for qualified employees401(k) with company match, profit sharingThe ability to work in a team-centered, collaborative, and supportive atmosphereSee our website for more benefit details: https://web.jub.com/join-us/our-benefits/To apply for this position and learn more about J-U-B, please visit www.jub.comCompensation details: 19-23.5 Hourly WagePI2e148be27335-37639-40250057
