Director of Sales Engineering
A company is looking for a Director of Sales Engineering and Solution Design. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Sales Engineers, establishing best practices and a culture of continuous learning Drive solution design and technical architecture for complex healthcare prospects, including creating detailed architectural diagrams Execute the technical pre-sales process, delivering demos and translating customer requirements into technical proposals Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Implementation, preferably in healthtech Experience managing or mentoring a technical team with a hands-on leadership style Strong experience with RESTful APIs and healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, C-CDA, HL7) Proficiency in SQL and experience with complex healthcare data models Ability to design solutions that balance technical feasibility with customer needs and business outcomes
