We aim to develop and deploy critically needed capabilities that address our customers’ most pressing national security requirements.\nABOUT THE JOB We’re looking for a highly skilled and versatile Technical Operations Engineer. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for both the hardware and software aspects of our system, working directly with customers in the field and remotely to ensure seamless integration and operation.\nProvide end-to-end support including hardware setup and software configuration.\nPre-configure systems and ensure seamless integration with program infrastructure.\nTroubleshoot issues in real-time, applying analytical thinking and hands-on problem-solving skills.\nAuthor training documentation and instructions for end users and internal program usage.\nConfigure and troubleshoot networking environments, including firewalls, routers, switches, access points, and cloud based environments.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.\nStrong experience with basic linux usage.\nKnowledge of basic DC electrical systems.\nExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently in the field and collaborate with customers and team members.\nDegree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience.\nWillingness and ability to travel up to 50%.\nProficient in working with hands and tools to assemble, repair, and maintain technical hardware in the field.\nAble to meet health and medical requirements in advance of deployments in accordance with DFARS 252.225-7040, DoDI 3020.41, and/or any additional requirements outlined by region or supporting force, as applicable.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Military background is a significant plus.\nUS Salary Range $128,000 — $192,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
