Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Land Development PE role located in Houston, TX. The role involves engineering design, analysis, and implementation for land development projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Activities include site evaluation, project management, and close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The Land Development PE will oversee the preparation of construction plans, review project specifications, and engage with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to assess project requirements, solve problems, and optimize solutionsExceptional Communication skills for collaborating with team members, stakeholders, and clientsExperience or knowledge in Software Development and Programming related to engineering applicationsAbility to engage in Sales and business development to support client relationships and grow the businessProfessional Engineer (PE) certification requiredBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldProficiency with engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or related software is highly preferredFamiliarity with local, state, and federal regulations in land developmentStrong organizational and project management skills
