The right candidate could also have a different combination of education and experience, such as a degree or certification or 5 years of experience in a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment.The ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15 pounds.Vision requirements include being able to see close, far and in color, judge distances and adapt to changes in focusPreferred1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience.Previous experience in sales support role.Bilingual English/SpanishCruise into the fast lane with us. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.BenefitsEmployees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
