This role requires close collaboration with infrastructure, development, security, and cloud teams to support mission-critical enterprise applications.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nInstall, configure, administer, and support JBoss EAP 8.x environments in both Standalone and Domain modes across Development, Test, and Production environments.\r\nDeploy, configure, and manage enterprise Java applications (WAR/EAR) while ensuring availability, scalability, and security.\r\nConfigure and maintain JBoss clustering , session replication, failover, and disaster recovery capabilities.\r\nMonitor middleware environments, analyze logs, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis.\r\nOptimize middleware performance through JVM tuning, thread management, connection pool tuning, and performance optimization.\r\nConfigure and maintain SSL/TLS certificates , security domains, authentication, authorization, and Active Directory/LDAP integration.\r\nDesign, configure, and support IBM DataPower gateways, XML/SOAP services, and enterprise security policies.\r\nAdminister IBM MQ infrastructure, including JMS resources, queues, topics, connection factories, and messaging integrations with Kafka and other enterprise platforms.\r\nDevelop and maintain Linux Shell Scripts to automate deployments, monitoring, administration, and operational tasks.\r\nBuild and enhance CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and improve release efficiency.\r\nExecute production deployments, maintenance activities, and infrastructure changes following change management processes.\r\nCreate and maintain infrastructure documentation, architecture diagrams, solution designs, technical specifications, and operational procedures.\r\nCollaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, cloud, and development teams to deliver secure and scalable enterprise solutions.\r\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, technical design reviews, and release planning.\r\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements for middleware modernization initiatives.\r\nMentor junior engineers and establish middleware administration standards, governance, and best practices.\r\nRequired Skills\r\nStrong experience administering JBoss EAP 8.x\r\nHands-on experience with Linux Shell Scripting\r\nStrong knowledge of Java application deployments (WAR/EAR)\r\nExperience with AWS Cloud Administration\r\nExpertise in JVM tuning, performance optimization, clustering, and high availability\r\nExperience with SSL/TLS, LDAP, Active Directory integration, authentication, and authorization\r\nStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills\r\nExperience supporting enterprise production environments\r\nExcellent documentation and communication skills\r\nPreferred Skills\r\nIBM DataPower Administration\r\nIBM MQ Administration\r\nKafka Messaging\r\nSplunk
