If you think you got all this (and more!) then bring it on!\n\nAS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)\n\nSupport the operation, maintenance, and improvement of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security, and building automation systems.\nProvide project or program support to the Facilities/Utilities functional group\nMonitor projects, programs, and systems status, budgets, and schedules to help ensure timely execution\nApply knowledge of company operations to assist in the development, implementation, and administration of programs and systems guidelines and procedures\nGather, compile, and organize information for reports, status updates, and management reviews\nProvide technical support, including: Programs and systems training, Documentation development and maintenance & Data extraction, review, tracking, and coding\nSupport for systems such as Agile, TrackWise, and QMS related to Facilities / Utilities and Critical Systems\nCoordinate and track preventive maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of work orders, service requests, and repairs\nAssist with facility projects, renovations, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades\n Partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to support facility operations and project execution\nSupport procurement activities, including purchase order placement and tracking\nAssist with contract administration, including change orders, payment tracking, and related support\nManage or support CMMS administration activities using systems such as SAP, Service Now, BAS, and Maximo\nMonitor facility conditions and respond to operational issues, equipment failures, and emergencies as needed\nHelp ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, standards, and company policies\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for maintenance and capital projects\nMaintain accurate records, drawings, documentation, asset information, and system data\nConduct inspections, analyze issues, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reliability, safety, and compliance\nSupport sustainability, energy conservation, and workplace improvement initiative\n\nBEING A FITS PIECE COMES WITH PERKS:\n\nOne of these is the excellent, unmatched, never-before-seen customer service of our team (trust us, you’ll be amazed).
