The particular role at onshore, is to continue the capital funding for a key data analyst on this modernization/migration team.The analyst will help us accelerate the migration of oracle based crystal reports/PowerBI reports and Talend jobs to Snowflake compatible.The analyst's role is very critical to the project completion as the last phase of the project includes the most important elements such as migrating medium to complex logics, reports and jobs for any restricted markets.Without this role, the modernization project will not likely see the full completion of reporting migration (meaning markets and business may not be able to pull reports) and those that are pulled may not have been tested for full validation leading to poor decisions being made by our business partners.Required:3+ years of experience having:Strong SQL skills using Oracle and SnowflakeExperience building complex CTE queriesKnowledge of query optimization using explain plan and query profilingStrong BI and visualization experience working with PowerBI/Tableau and report development using SAP Crystal reportsPrior experience working in a fast paced agile environmentExperience performing unit testing and data equivalency testingRequired Skills: SQL, Oracle Additional Skills: Database Developer, Database Administrator.
