Recent graduates of UTI, or other Automotive College Programs highly encouraged to apply!\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nPerform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards\nDiagnose cause of malfunction\nComplete all work according to the applicable safety requirements\nRoad-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work\nAccurately record time spent repairs utilizing company time clocking procedures\nDocument work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results\nResponsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools to include screwdrivers, wrenches, socket wrenches, pliers, hammers, chisels and punches, and other tools needed to perform the work for which the technician is trained and not normally inventoried by the service department as \"special tools.\"\nEnsure that customer's vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced.\nComplete all required training.\nParticipate in and utilize technical training as assigned by management\nReview the technical bulletins and other publications as assigned by management\nConstructively communicate with other dealership personnel as required to satisfy customer needs.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n\nPassed manufacturer training and can perform repairs in the following areas with no supervision:\nLube and Maintenance Services Engine Repair\nSuspension/ Steering Repair Brake Repair\nEngine Repair\nBrake Repair\nHeating and A/C Repair (Optional)\nCertification/Training:\nManufacturer certified in all areas listed above\nException: Automotive Training School Program graduates can be rated in this classification without meeting the certification/training requirements\nCustomer Pay Proficiency Level: Greater than 100% Customer Pay Repairs\nAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence\n\nTotal Rewards\n\nThis is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.\n\nActual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
