In this role, you willbe responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a widerange of industrial machinery and facility systems. Your expertise inreading schematics, ladder logic, PLC programming, and working withelectrical drives will play a critical part in ensuring smoothoperations. You will report to the Facility Maintenance Manager andcollaborate closely with other departments to maintain seamlessoperations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**include but are not limited toThe Following Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs on CNCmachines, industrial equipment, and building facilities. Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions in CNC machinery,including troubleshooting PLCs, drives, and other control systems. Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and wiringdiagrams to troubleshoot electrical circuits and components. Test and replace faulty electrical components such as sensors,relays, switches, and motors. Perform calibration and adjustment of machine controls andelectrical equipment to ensure proper functionality. Perform routine inspections on CNC machines and equipment to ensureelectrical systems are running efficiently and safely. Maintain documentation of all electrical maintenance work, repairs,and inspections performed. Complete daily maintenance tasks, support special projects, andrespond promptly to emergency electrical issues. Assist with additional maintenance activities, including mechanicalrepairs, facility upkeep, and general building maintenance asrequired.
