This role is perfect for passionate individuals who love working with young children and want to make a positive impact in their early education journey.Responsibilities:Assist lead teachers in implementing engaging lesson plans for toddlers.Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.Support daily activities including arts and crafts, storytelling, and playtime.Monitor and document children's progress and development.Encourage positive social interactions among children.Communicate effectively with parents about their child's activities and milestones.Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred.Experience working with toddlers or in a childcare setting is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with children.Background check clearance required.Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.About Us:C A R E FOR ME CHILDRENS LEARNING has been serving the Pennsauken, NJ community for over 10 years, providing quality early childhood education.
