This individual will play a key role in supporting fund operations across subscription activity, investor reporting, and ongoing fund oversight processes.\n\nThis position will work cross-functionally with internal operations teams and support both in-house managed funds and third-party funds, helping ensure a seamless experience from an advisor and investor perspective.\n\nResponsibilities\nProcess and manage private fund subscriptions and redemptions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.\n\nCoordinate delivery of investor reporting materials, including:\n\nAudited financial statements\n\nK-1s\n\nOther fund-related documentation\n\nSupport review of monthly and quarterly NAV packages provided by third-party fund administrators (highly repeatable process).\n\nPartner with internal operations teams to support both:\n\nIn-house fund operations\n\nExternal fund relationships\n\nAssist in coordinating workflows related to fund activity and investor servicing.\n\nIdentify gaps, prioritize tasks, and proactively execute deliverables in a fast-paced environment.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience\n2+ years of experience in wealth management, asset management, or alternative investments operations.\n\nExperience with subscription/redemption processing and/or fund operations strongly preferred.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage data-heavy workflows.\n\nAdvanced or strong proficiency in Excel (critical for success in this role).\n\nSelf-starter mentality with the ability to manage shifting priorities and work independently.\n\nStrong organizational and administrative skillset.\n\nContract/Contract-to-Hire Roles: Compensation: $40/hr to $50/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
