We are building a community and introducing a new way of training for modern humans.Position SummaryWe are seeking an Assistant Studio Manager who is organized, energetic, people-oriented, and highly dependable to help support the day-to-day success of the studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining sales, hospitality, operations, customer service, and team coordination in a fast-paced boutique fitness environment.The Assistant Studio Manager will play a critical role in helping us deliver an exceptional member experience while supporting lead follow-up, tours, membership sales, studio operations, team coordination, and retention efforts. This person should be equally comfortable welcoming a new prospect, solving a member issue, following up on leads, supporting the coaching team, and helping ensure that the studio runs smoothly every day.This is not just a front desk role. It is an opportunity to help build and grow a new fitness brand in the U.S. market.Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Lead ManagementRespond promptly to leads from phone, email, website, social media, and walk-insSchedule intro sessions, tours, and first visitsConduct studio tours and clearly communicate the PaleoTraining experience, memberships, and promotionsFollow up consistently with prospective members and trial participantsHelp convert leads into membershipsTrack lead activity, appointments, and conversion performance in the studio CRM or membership systemMember Experience and RetentionDeliver a warm, polished, high-touch experience for every member and guestHelp create a strong first impression for new members from their initial inquiry through onboardingBuild relationships with members and help foster a strong sense of communityAddress questions, concerns, and service issues quickly and professionallySupport retention efforts through follow-up, check-ins, and consistent member engagementHelp organize events, challenges, outreach, and community-building initiativesStudio OperationsAssist with opening and closing proceduresHelp ensure the studio remains clean, organized, fully stocked, and visually polishedSupport daily administrative tasks and operational processesAssist with scheduling, coach coordination, and class coverage communicationMaintain strong attention to detail across all member-facing and back-of-house operationsHelp monitor supplies, inventory, and general studio readinessTeam SupportWork closely with studio leadership and coaches to ensure a seamless member experienceCommunicate effectively regarding member feedback, schedule changes, studio priorities, and operational needsHelp maintain a positive, accountable, high-performance cultureSupport onboarding and training of new team members as neededQualifications4+ years of experience in fitness, wellness, or hospitality preferredExperience in membership sales, studio operations, front desk leadership, or customer-facing business environments strongly preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through consistentlyComfortable balancing hospitality and relationship-building with sales and performance goalsConfident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, dependable, and solution-orientedPassion for fitness, wellness, and community-buildingAvailability for a mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends based on studio needsPreferred QualificationsBoutique fitness studio experienceExperience with lead follow-up and membership conversionExperience using scheduling, CRM, or member management systemsCPR/AED certification or willingness to obtainNASM, ACE, or similar fitness certification is a plus, but not requiredWhat Success Looks Like in This RoleLeads are followed up with quickly and consistentlyTours and intro sessions are booked and converted effectivelyMembers feel welcomed, supported, and valuedDaily operations are smooth, organized, and professionalThe coaching and support team is supported and communication is clearThe studio atmosphere reflects the brand: energetic, polished, warm, and community-drivenIdeal CandidateYou are someone who enjoys helping people, takes ownership, and thrives in an environment where no two days are exactly the same.
