commissioning of new manufacturing machinery to upgrade production capabilities.\nManage capital expenditure projects to ensure they remain within budget and on schedule.\nRepresent the engineering department in cross-functional design reviews and collaborative projects.\nPartner with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure company-wide objectives are met.\nAddress customer technical inquiries and complaints with timely and effective solutions.\nSupport internal audit processes to ensure all corrective actions are addressed promptly.\nReview business processes to uncover inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.\nTrain team members in data-driven analysis and engineering best practices to improve collective problem-solving skills.\nFoster a culture of safety by ensuring all processes are designed to protect the team and the environment.\nDevelop safety-focused standard operating procedures to enhance workplace security.\nAssist in mitigating environmental and safety risks associated with engineering projects.\nProvide expert technical guidance to support manufacturing and other department leads.\nBalance multiple concurrent projects to ensure all deadlines are successfully achieved.\nAssist with troubleshooting and technical support during off-hours to minimize production downtime.\nMaintain a clean and organized workspace to support operational efficiency.\nAdhere to all safety protocols and utilize required personal protective equipment at all times.\nPerform additional tasks as requested by leadership.\nQualifications and Requirements\nA Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Science Engineering is required.\nAt least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, with a preference for backgrounds in aerospace or composite materials.\nA minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role managing technical staff.\nProven track record of leading cross-functional projects within an engineering context.\nAdvanced management or leadership training is highly desirable.\nStrong technical familiarity with thermoplastic and thermoset resin systems is preferred.\nComprehensive understanding of statistical analysis, SPC, SQC, and FMEA/PFMEA methodologies.\nLean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certifications are preferred, with a Black Belt being a significant advantage.\nDemonstrated ability to use data-driven methodologies for continuous improvement.\nProficiency with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms.\nExperience managing technical documentation such as routings, control plans, and BOMs.\nDeep understanding of manufacturing equipment integration and process optimization.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including executive leadership and production staff.\nStrong analytical and organizational
