This position will be on-site and will require an active TS/SCI.\r\n\r\nProvide electrical systems engineering support to technical teams for the definition, direct implementation, and operation of complex electrical systems which include spacecraft (Bus and Payloads), instruments, and ground systems\r\nOversee and guide the management of electrical requirements (ownership, stakeholder, derivation, allocation, verification, and validation) and analysis to show mission performance and mission utility\r\nSupport the planning, preparation, documentation and execution of assembly, integration, test, and verification activities throughout design lifecycle\r\nAssist with the development and flow down of electrical subsystem, electrical box, and board level requirements for space based and ground electronic architectures.\r\nDevelop and refine electrical interface control documents for space based and ground electrical architectures.\r\nDevelop power budget analysis, harnessing design, grounding diagram, EMI/EMC compliance, and compliance analysis for inputs to environment, design, and test requirements.\r\nWork collaboratively across engineering teams and disciplines to develop and refine electrical architectures for space based systems to include the creation of Electrical Functional Block Diagrams.\r\nPrepare and give presentations to peers/management/customers\r\nProvide subject matter expertise to the program's technical risk and opportunity assessments, assisting with the definitions of impact and probability and providing insight to effective methods for risk mitigation and opportunity capture.\r\nOrchestrate and enable tasks owned by team and resolve blockers prohibiting closure of tasks\r\nWork collaboratively in a cross-discipline environment with both internal and external customers\r\nWork with internal mechanical and thermal teams to understand and develop box level requirements\r\nWork with EMI/EMC and Systems teams to ensure requirement compliance\r\nWork onsite five (5) days/week\r\nUnderstanding of system engineering tools/methodologies; specifically, MBSE and Cameo\r\nUnderstanding of detailed board design to provide review authority for detailed design teams including digital design, analog design, power design, FPGA design, packaging\r\nUnderstanding of space electronics test techniques and processes to provide review authority for electronics test teams\r\nUnderstanding of root of trust/chain of trust concepts and implementation into firmware and software\r\n\r\nQualifications\r\nEssential Requirements\r\nUS Citizenship is required.\r\nActive TS/SCI Clearance is required.\r\nIn compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this position is listed .
