Store Manager(#736)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
- Create employee schedules and manage payroll.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in wireless sales or retail management.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers.
- Strong mathematical skills for budgeting and financial analysis.
- Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies.
- Ability to conduct employee orientation and training programs.
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor contracts and pricing agreements.
