This role is ideal for someone with experience helping individuals access housing, connect to resources, and achieve personal stability goals. The Housing Navigator will work closely with participants to promote successful housing outcomes and ongoing self-sufficiency.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist participants with housing navigation and access to community resources and supportive services.\nBuild positive, professional relationships with residents and provide ongoing support and encouragement.\nHelp participants develop and work toward individualized housing and personal stability goals.\nMonitor participant progress and maintain accurate case notes and documentation.\nCoordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure participants receive appropriate support.\nConduct wellness check-ins and help address barriers to housing stability.\nSupport a safe, respectful, and welcoming community environment.\nAssist with participant referrals, follow-up activities, and resource connection efforts.\n\nQualifications\nPrevious experience in housing navigation, case management, social services, homelessness services, or a related field preferred.\nExperience working with Veterans or underserved populations is highly desirable.\nStrong ability to build rapport, motivate individuals, and support goal attainment.\nKnowledge of community resources, housing programs, and supportive services preferred.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work collaboratively with participants, service providers, and internal teams.\nThis opportunity is a great fit for someone who is passionate about helping individuals achieve housing stability and improve their quality of life while making a meaningful impact in the community.\n\nTalentMatch ®\n\nRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
