Webb, Northeast’s largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time Software Engineer/ Data Analyst for its corporate office located in Bedford, MA, this is an on-site position.\nResponsibilities:\nHands-on development of systems combining information from various sources to help meet the strategic needs of the business.\nWork with IT and business managers to understand the business issues and build systems to provide key information.\nAttention to detail to verify accuracy of systems, cross-validate findings, and continually improve efficiency, reliability, usefulness, and completeness.\nSupport other IT and business initiatives as required.\nTechnical Skills/Qualifications:\nAbility to write and modify programs (ideally php, perl, javascript, react) containing complex SQL statements\nSQL skills, including sub-selects, joins, aggregation, normalization principles, and indexing strategies.
