They are hiring a Field Construction Manager for ground-up commercial concrete construction projects. ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate various subcontractors to ensure contract complianceAssume responsibility for the productivity of crafts, efficient use of materials and equipment, and contractual performance of the projectMonitor and ensure worker’s and all subcontractors’ safetyConduct effective and inclusive morning huddles with crews to coordinate daily and weekly activitiesConduct weekly safety meetings and all progress meetings as requiredDevelop project schedule, trade staffing, materials, tool, and equipment requirements with PMPreferred Skills and Expertise10+ years of commercial concrete construction Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal, and supervisory skillsAbility to read, understand, and interpret blueprints
