Analyze and interpret multiple data sets to establish a single, reliable source of truth.\r\nAssist Department Leadership by tracking reassignments, separations, and critical hiring requirements requiring senior-level approval.\r\nAssists with specified department data call at the request of Department Leadership including those related to personnel management, security and emerging initiatives.\r\nSupport Department Leadership by leading and/or tracking personnel management board, facilitating periodic meetings to review hiring, reassignments and personnel actions. Enter, track, and modify hiring requirements.\r\nSynthesize, status and analyze historical personnel program data to optimize comprehensive Department end strength.\r\nRequired Skills\r\nDue to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. citizenship is required.\r\nHigh school diploma with 16 + years of related experience.\r\nCandidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance for the duration of employment.\r\nDeep understanding of defense personnel tracking lifecycles, milestone tracking, and tools, coupled with proven U.S. Government support experience.\r\nPrevious experience in personnel management and analysis reporting, with a heavy emphasis on maintaining and communicating administration action statuses and updates to ensure continuous cross-functional alignment.\r\nDemonstrated advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel).\r\nDemonstrated ability to think critically and work independently.
