Xometry’s digital marketplace gives manufacturers the critical resources they need to grow their business while also making it easy for buyers at Fortune 1000 companies to tap into global manufacturing capacity.\nResponsibilities\nWork closely with members of the IT team on day-to-day infrastructure administration, projects, migrations, new technology deployments, and process improvements\nContribute to managing Okta, including troubleshooting issues and configuring new applications, policies, and features\nLead the administration and management of endpoint systems via MDM (JAMF and Intune) including zero-touch configuration, vulnerability/patch management, and policy changes\nEnsure the IT onboarding and offboarding automation process runs smoothly while improving and adding functionality\nManage application access for a comprehensive SaaS stack including Atlassian, Adobe Cloud, Zoom, Github, Slack, and others (We embrace a SaaS-first approach)\nMonitor and support our Meraki corporate network across multiple locations\nIdentify opportunities for automation (Automate all the things!)\nCreate and maintain internal technical documentation and runbooks, while also creating user-facing knowledge base documents\nServe as an escalation point and offer mentorship to colleagues on the IT Helpdesk\nThere will be times when this role is required to occasionally support go-lives or maintenance that occurs off-hours and on weekends\nRequired Knowledge and Experience\nMinimum of 8 years of experience in System Administration or Engineering\nHands-on expertise with JAMF and Intune for endpoint management\nProficient in Okta administration and configuration\nExperience managing Google Workspace Enterprise and performing common administrative tasks\nStrong understanding of networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, VLANs, subnets) and best practices\nKnowledge of IT process automation, including APIs, webhooks, workflows, and triggers\nAbility to research and analyze IT problems, issues, and project requirements effectively\nExperience with bulk user migrations, acquisitions, and ZScaler (not required, but a plus).\nRequired Soft Skills\nAttention to detail\nProactive in identifying improvement opportunities\nStrong customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent documentation abilities\nProven ability to work independently and collaboratively\nCreative problem-solving for complex challenges\n#LI-Hybrid\nXometry is an equal opportunity employer.
