Every meal ordered on Sharebite results in a meal donation through local partners like Feeding America and City Harvest, and to date, we have donated over 15 million meals.\n\nAbout This Role\nAs Client Operations Lead, you will ensure clients receive a consistent and successful operational experience from onboarding through daily service. You will collaborate with Account Management, Care, Logistics, Growth, Product, and on-site teams to launch new clients, enhance existing operations, and develop scalable processes as the company grows.\n\nThis role is equal parts project management, operations, and leadership. You’ll work cross-functionally to solve problems, improve the client experience, and support the Client Operations program while identifying opportunities to make our operations more efficient. This role is based on Los Angeles or the San Francisco Bay Area and the majority of clients in the scope of this role is based in California.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nClient Launches & Implementations\n\nPartner with Sales and Account Management to understand each client’s operational needs before launch.\n\nLead client walkthroughs and develop site-specific operating procedures.\n\nCoordinate onboarding and launch timelines across internal teams.\n\nBuild staffing plans and operational playbooks for new clients.\n\nSupport onsite launches when needed to ensure a successful go-live.\n\nIdentify risks early and work with internal teams to resolve them before launch.\n\nClient Operations\n\nOwn the day-to-day operational success of assigned client sites.\n\nMonitor client performance and identify opportunities to improve service.\n\nInvestigate operational issues and partner with the appropriate teams to resolve them.\n\nBuild and maintain SOPs for client sites.\n\nReview operational metrics and recommend process improvements.\n\nPartner with Account Managers on client feedback and ongoing operational needs.\n\nRecruit, onboard, train, and coach Client Operations Associates (COAs).\n\nSupport Site Leads through regular check-ins and performance coaching.\n\nConduct site visits to ensure service standards are being met.\n\nDevelop staffing plans and coordinate coverage across multiple markets.\n\nBuild a strong team culture focused on accountability, communication, and client service.\n\nProcess Improvement\n\nCreate scalable processes that improve consistency across the COA program.\n\nDevelop training materials, documentation, and operational resources.\n\nLead implementation of new operational tools and technology.\n\nIdentify manual processes and recommend more efficient solutions.\n\nPartner with leadership on strategic initiatives that support the growth of the Operations team.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n\nExperience coaching or leading geographically dispersed field teams.\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\n\n3-5 years of experience in Operations, Client Operations, Hospitality Operations, Logistics, Customer Success, or Project Management.\n\nExperience leading projects and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills.\n\nComfortable working cross-functionally with multiple internal teams.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nExperience building processes, SOPs, or operational documentation.\n\nFamiliarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and other operational tools.\n\nTravel will be required 50-75% of the time to visit client sites, support launches, audit operations, and work directly with our field teams to make sure every site is running successfully.\n\nAbility to analyze data and use it to improve operational performance.\n\nAt Sharebite, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry and market standards. The base compensation range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, however actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and location.
