For more information, visit www.technifabinc.com.We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead customer programs from order receipt through final delivery in a build-to-print manufacturing environment. This role serves as the primary customer liaison and coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical and quality requirements. This is an on-site position located in Avon, Ohio.Key ResponsibilitiesLead customer programs from contract review through final shipment, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring clear communication of scope, expectations, and deliverablesReview customer drawings, specifications, and contracts to confirm manufacturability, technical feasibility, compliance requirements, and accurate scope definitionDevelop and manage detailed project plans including schedules, milestones, resources, and deliverables for build-to-print parts and assembliesCoordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Logistics to ensure alignment and on-time executionMonitor project performance against cost, schedule, and quality targets; proactively identify risks and implement corrective actionsManage change orders, drawing revisions, and customer-driven scope changes while assessing impact to timeline and budgetMaintain accurate project documentation, status reports, and customer updates throughout the project lifecycleEnsure all products and processes meet customer requirements, regulatory standards, and AS9100/QMS complianceQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management preferred5+ years project management or product development experienceStrong manufacturing or process engineering backgroundProficiency with Microsoft Office and 3D CAD (SolidWorks)PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or aerospace/AS9100 experience a plusStrong communication, organization, and leadership skillsPlease note that employment sponsorship is not available for this position
