Other duties may be assigned.\nEnsures correct box type, box liners and packing methods are used.\nAssembles boxes and affixes labels on packaging.\nExamines packs, cups, or bottles and contents of items for conformance to customer specifications.\nPalletize boxes onto correct pallets to follow customer specifications.\nCompetencies\nTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:\nWritten Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; Able to read and interpret written information.\nOrganizational Support - Follows policies and procedures.\nQuantity - Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity.\nSafety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.\nAdaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.\nAttendance/Punctuality - Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.\nDependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.\nInitiative - Asks for and offers help when needed.\nRequirements:\nQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
