Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. As an Administrative Assistant, you will manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and document preparation. You will provide clerical support, maintain professional phone etiquette, and assist with executive-level administrative duties. Collaboration, organization, and attention to detail are key aspects of this role. Qualifications Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, organizing files, and managing office tasksProficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication for effective correspondence and customer serviceExperience with Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and travel coordination for leadershipAbility to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detailFamiliarity with standard office software tools, such as word processing and spreadsheetsHigh school diploma required; additional certifications or relevant education preferredStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
