We deliver practical, credible and defensible results offering actionable insights by applying data-driven and analytics-based approaches in combination with multidisciplinary talent, subject matter experts, and tangible and repeatable assets in the form of databases, models, approaches and techniques.\nResponsibilities and tasks will include system engineering plan review and development, program and schedule management, systems engineering, operations analysis, system integration, export compliance, documentation and procedure review, technical brief development, and communication with external stakeholders.\nJob Description:\nProvide Engineering Support Services (ESS) to the U.S. Navy Foreign Military Sales Directorate\nWork both off-site in contractor spaces and on-site at the Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC;\nProvide programmatic and technical support;\nProvide oversight of System Security (SS) solution development, compliance with Technical Implementation Guide (TIG), Anti-Tamper (AT) Framework, and integration with FMS systems;\nProvide support to Risk Management process;\nDevelop and review of Systems Engineering Plans (SEP) and SE Management Plans (SEMP);\nReview vendor-developed AT plans;\nDraft and review point papers, general correspondence, and technical briefings;\nDevelop and maintain program schedule.\n\nRequirements:\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in DoW Systems Engineering support\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field from an accredited university\nDemonstrated ability supporting diverse programmatic and technical tasks\nDemonstrated ability operate independently\nExhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to deliver presentations and work with external stakeholders.\nStrong MS Office suite skills\nDoW Secret Clearance\nDesired Experience:\n5+ years of relevant experience in System Security Engineering (SSE) and System Security with DoW major platforms.\nExperience in SSE and System Security including Critical Program Information (CPI) analysis, protection solution development, integration, testing, V&V, and complete System Security life cycle.\nExperience in developing System Security System Engineering Plan (SEP), System Security Plans, technical artifacts, integrated fielding schedule.\nExperience in technical communication with senior level stakeholders, risk management, trade-off analysis, and developing path forward to support FMS export.\nExperience in supporting FMS system and SSE/System Security to support export requirements.\nExperience with designing complex integrated hardware & software solution including secure boot, crypto key handling, active sensing and system response\nFamiliarity with Security Cooperation Policy, specifically Foreign Military Sales.\nFamiliarity with Combat System Architecture including combat systems design, production, operations, and support processes.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodology\nCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)\nInformation Systems Security Professional (CISSP-ISSAP)\nSalary range: $105,000- 200,000 USD\n\nThe salary range listed is one part of our total compensation package, which may also include bonuses, incentives and benefits.
