This role reports to the Technology Portfolio & Delivery Leader and is located in Chicago, IL.\r\nKey Responsibilities Lead and coordinate delivery activities across enterprise data and analytics initiatives, including cloud data platforms, reporting modernization, data integrations, governance enablement, and AI-related capabilities.\r\nDrive integrated planning and execution coordination with business program managers, data leaders, engineering teams, architects, and system integrators.\r\n/ SAFe delivery routines, including planning sessions, dependency management, status reviews, RAID management, and execution tracking activities.\r\nLead integrated roadmap coordination across data engineering, analytics, integrations, infrastructure, security, and business workstreams.\r\nDrive visibility and accountability for program milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, financials, and action items across multiple delivery teams.\r\nLead coordination with vendors and third-party delivery partners to monitor deliverables, elevate blockers, and ensure execution accountability.\r\nBuild and maintain executive-ready delivery dashboards, status reporting, and operational metrics across enterprise data initiatives.\r\nPartner with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Information Security, and Engineering teams to ensure aligned and predictable delivery outcomes.\r\nLead operational readiness, release coordination, testing alignment, and deployment planning activities across data and analytics initiatives.\r\nEnsure delivery activities align with TPDO governance standards, reporting requirements, financial controls, and operational processes.\r\nCollaborate closely with business and IDEA leadership to ensure alignment between technology delivery activities and broader enterprise data transformation objectives.\r\nContribute to continuous improvement of delivery governance, operational cadence, reporting standards, and transformation execution practices.\r\nRequired Skills & Abilities Strong delivery coordination and execution management skills across complex enterprise technology and data initiatives.\r\nAbility to manage competing priorities and operate effectively within fast-paced transformation environments.\r\nStrong organizational, planning, dependency management, and problem-solving capabilities.\r\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across business, data, and technology organizations.\r\nExperience leading Agile / SAFe delivery models and cross-functional delivery coordination.\r\nAbility to facilitate collaboration across distributed engineering teams, vendors, and third-party delivery partners.\r\nStrong attention to detail combined with the ability to maintain visibility across interconnected workstreams and dependencies.\r\nDemonstrated ability to proactively identify risks, elevate issues, drive execution transparency, and ensure accountability across delivery teams.\r\nActs as a collaborative leader who promotes a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and execution discipline.\r\nEducation and Experience 12+ years of technology program or project management experience supporting enterprise technology, data, or analytics delivery initiatives.\r\nExperience supporting enterprise data platforms, analytics modernization, cloud data ecosystems, or AI enablement initiatives preferred.\r\nFamiliarity with data engineering, reporting, analytics, governance, or enterprise data platform concepts.\r\nExperience working with cloud data platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar ecosystems preferred.\r\nExperience working with system integrators, offshore delivery teams, and third-party vendors.\r\nExperience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives within regulated industries preferred.\r\nExperience working within Agile / SAFe delivery environments.\r\nStrong understanding of enterprise delivery governance, reporting, financial tracking, and dependency management practices.\r\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology,
