The Supervisor's success will be evaluated based on the method and the quality of the product delivered to our events, the accuracy of the pull and the quality of the equipment, the organization and flow of the operations and the development of the staff. The overall expectation is that the department fulfills orders with correct quantities while maintaining company standards.
