Maintain a caseload of approximately 7 clients in their assigned location, ensuring clinical quality, prescription fulfillment, ethical practice, and positive client outcomes. Serve as a leader and model for RBTs and BAs, upholding the organization's core values and fostering a culture of integrity, creativity, respect, teamwork, and excellence.What happens after I apply?You will be invited to a 1:1 virtual interview with a recruiter, followed by an in-person meeting with the clinical team at one of our centers. You will have the opportunity to see us in action.Key ResponsibilitiesMeet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical DirectorMeet both hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment equaling an average of 25 billable hours per weekConduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings (where appropriate)Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training sessions (minimum 1 parent training per client per month)Ensure programming is ethical, appropriately individualized, and provided with integrityOversee programming implementation in center-based and community settings (if applicable)Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clientsUpdate progress reports for assigned clientsOversee/monitor ABA programs including initial and ongoing assessmentsDirect, lead & supervise behavior technicians and oversee RBT supervision hoursStay current with research and best practicesModel and fill in for therapy as neededPromote Bierman Autism Centers within the communityAssist Clinical Directors with Initial Assessments as neededTake on supervisees for BACB student supervision as neededAssist with Interim Care as needed for potential clientsDocument all activities according to BACB and funder guidelinesRequirementsEssential Functions:Must be able to lift and assist clients who weigh at least 30 poundsMust be willing to restrain/hold/transport as indicated in the Behavior Support PlanMust be able to assume and maintain various postures for extended periodsMust be able to walk and run to chase clients while maintaining a three-foot distanceMust be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periodsMust be able to attend to basic needs (feeding, diapering, toileting, dressing)Manual dexterity for data collection on computers/devicesVisual acuity to read and comprehend written communicationAbility to transfer written data to electronic files or databasesMaintain prolonged periods of desk or floor workAssemble, clean, and maintain therapy space and materialsAbility to administer medication to clientsJob Requirements:BCBA or BCBA-D CertificationLicesure in states of practice (where applicable)Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsClinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferredExperience collaborating with cross-functional teamsExcellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregiversExcellent time management with ability to meet deadlinesAbility to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriateDetail orientedFlexible and adaptable to team needsIntegrity and professionalismProficient with Microsoft Office Suite; MacOS familiarityAbility to learn organization platforms (CentralReach and Tableau)Maintain required licensure to practice while employedApply today!
