Job Description An exciting chance to become part of a value-driven healthcare organization located in Nevada. We are currently in search of a board-certified MD or DO specializing in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics to enhance our team.Our organization follows a value-based care approach that prioritizes preventive healthcare, chronic illness management, care coordination, and adherence to quality performance standards. Physicians work in an outpatient environment, supported by a multidisciplinary clinical team, with established workflows aimed at effective patient panel management and ensuring continuity of care.Manage a patient load of 10-15 individuals daily, primarily focusing on the geriatric demographic.Outpatient practice with a 4-day work week.Each provider is supported by 1-1.5 Medical Assistants.No on-call duties, evening shifts, or weekend work required.Attractive base salary of $300,000, along with comprehensive benefits, paid time off, continuing medical education time and allowance, plus a $75,000 sign-on bonus.Location Highlights:Southern Nevada enjoys warm summers and mild winters, with minimal rainfall throughout the year.Compared to many major U.S. cities, Southern Nevada offers a relatively affordable cost of living, with the added benefit of no state income tax.Despite its desert landscape, the area boasts stunning natural attractions such as Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and Lake Mead, perfect for hiking, boating, and outdoor adventures.The current physician is planning to retire within the next 2-3 years.
