We are looking for individuals with experience in machinery operation and a commitment to quality.\r\nJob Title:Machine Operator\r\nCompensation:Hourly $20-$25\r\nOperational Hours:7:00am-4:30pm\r\nReports to:Operations Manager\r\nResponsibilities:\r\nSet up and operate machinery according to specifications & safety standards.\r\nStart & stop machines.\r\nMonitor operations & adjust settings as needed.\r\nInspect parts & products during or after production to ensure they meet quality standards.\r\nPerform basic maintenance.\r\nIdentify mechanical issues & report malfunctions or perform minor repairs.\r\nLoad raw materials or parts into machines.\r\nUnload finished products and move them to the next production stage.\r\nLog production data (output, downtime, defects, etc.).\r\nReport issues or inconsistencies to management or maintenance personnel.\r\nPerform trial runs.\r\nAdjust machine settings for optimal performance (speed, temp, and pressure).\r\nCore Machinery responsibilities include Machine Operation, Quality Control, Maintenance & troubleshooting, Material handling, and Reporting.\r\nQualifications:\r\n3-5 years of experience in Machinery, Machine Maintenance.\r\nSkills: Machine Operation, Quality Control.\r\nPassport preferred.
