As our Project Manager of IC Development, you should have specific technical expertise in a broad range of process technologies and complex, high-performance circuits with applications such as Neurostimulation, Ultrasound, ROICs, Wireless Transceivers, Energy Harvesting, Sensor Interface and more. A servant leadership philosophy and drive to delight our customers is a must!Open Position:Richardson, TX, Full Time (Hybrid work mode)ResponsibilitiesApply your passion for servant leadership of high-performance silicon realization teams to drive business success and positive company culture with specific responsibilities that include:Serve as a key staff member of the Program Management Office (PMO) and provide leadership and project management expertise to development teams.Lead development teams in all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, resource planning, budget and project metrics. A strong, engineering knowledge of IC design flows and functions is expected.Manage cross-functional teams and serve as the primary interface with IC Enable management and our customer.
