Our primary language is Python, and we use composition engines to generate output for print and mail production. Developers are responsible for creating streamlined, efficient, and accurate programs that can adapt to frequent client-requested changes.\r\nCollaboration and consistency are key. Developers follow a standardized programming structure so that any team member can easily understand and update code, which is especially important when onboarding new developers. While Python is essential, success in this role also requires learning our industry-specific tools and workflows.\r\nTesting and validation are critical components of this role. Developers must use designated tools to perform regression testing and ensure all client-requested changes are implemented accurately. Even seemingly minor changes must be carefully validated to prevent processing errors.
