This role requires close collaboration with engineering, infrastructure, and product teams, and involves ongoing interaction with a variety of end-users and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have an acute knowledge of PowerBI along with exceptional SQL skills and knowledge of SSIS while possessing 8-15 years of hands-on reports development experience along with various types of data repositories (e.g., data warehouses, data lakes, data marts), metadata management, dimensional modeling, and ETL / integration.\nYour role in our mission\nDesign, develop, conducts unit testing, and maintains complex PowerBI reports for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and reuse.\nProvide technical expertise in areas of architecture, design, and implementation.\nDetermine the best implementation method that will meet the design of the architect.\nWork with team members to create useful reports and dashboards that provide insight, improve/automate processes, or otherwise add value to the team.\nWork through iterative review cycles to deliver results that meet or exceed user expectations.\nEnsure consistency by adhering to a set of software coding and style guides.\nProven experience in developing and working with SSRS Reports.\nResolve support tickets related to SSRS reports, including SQL.\nUses existing experience in healthcare or Medicaid to drive processes and improvements.\nResponsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.\nReport Development Certification is a plus.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nAbility to interpret technical or dashboard structure and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.\nAdvanced knowledge of SSRS with strong knowledge of other reporting tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, or Power Bi, for best practices in scalability, performance, content management and governance.\nAdvanced understanding of SQL, relational database management system, data modeling, and normalization with an advanced knowledge understanding of data extraction mechanisms and data warehousing concepts\nStrong development skills in SSRS, data analytics and visualizations.\nWhat you should expect in this role:\nWork remotely within the United States.\nMay be required to work extended hours for special business needs.\nAbout Educology Solutions\nEmployees first.
