The Engineer will conduct research, analyze data, develop prototypes, and troubleshoot errors.\nEssential Functions:\nProvision and manage customer's infrastructure, including EC2, CloudFormation Templates, AppStream, and Load Balancers\nBuild dashboards and alarming to drive Operational Excellence\nWork with a wide range of technologies, and customer products\nBuild client Application Environments including VPC, EC2, RDS, SSM, S3\nArchitect and setup infrastructure on client site and client gov-cloud environments\nAnalyze and Support the setup of new devices connectivity to applications\nMonitor network connectivity between all internal and external systems\nWork closely with Application leads to understand needs and plan for infrastructure demands\nDrive automation of routine tasks to help scale the operations\nConduct research, analyze data, develop prototypes, and troubleshoot errors\nDesign and develop networks and systems based on the needs of the organization\nMaintain hardware architecture documentation for all infrastructure and networking components\nSupport Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives building highly secure working environments\nWork collaboratively with internal security teams and key stakeholders to intake requirements and deliver a customer obsessed IAM experience\nDevelop tools and processes that collect and rationalize data from different sources\nDevelop tools and frameworks to reduce our operations workload\nWork closely with our Network Engineering teams to ensure fast, smooth software roll-outs\nIdentify and troubleshoot recurring platform issues with an effective escalation of senior-level engineering teams\nContribute to documentation, process, and procedures\nCompetencies:\nEnsures Accountability\nTech Savvy\nCommunicates Effectively\nValues Differences\nCustomer Focus\nResourcefulness\nDrives Results\nPlans and Prioritizes\nDecision Quality\nSelf-Development\nWork Environment:\nThis job operates in a professional office environment. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time. The employee in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operate a computer and office machinery such as a calculator, keyboard, copy machine and printer.
