The Asset Manager is responsible for ensuring that each project operates safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with all contractual and regulatory obligations.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities\nFinancial Oversight\n\nFull P&L ownership of the asset portfolio, including monthly variance analysis, revenue tracking, and cost control.\n\nManage tax equity investor relationships financial reports for internal leadership, tax equity investors, and lenders.\n\nCoordinate annual audits, tax return preparation, and investor reporting with accounting and legal teams.\n\nApprove invoices and monitor unbudgeted or non‑recurring expenses to ensure alignment with budget and financial targets.\n\nCommercial Management\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including offtakers, utilities, maintenance contractors, and service providers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and execution of contractual obligations.\n\nConduct risk assessments across contracts and commercial operations, identifying exposure and recommending mitigations.\n\nDrive portfolio value optimization through variance analysis, renegotiation opportunities, and proactive contract management.\n\nIdentify and implement cost reduction strategies related to O&M, asset‑level expenses, and third‑party services.\n\nManage warranty claims, performance guarantees, and equipment failure resolutions in collaboration with OEMs and service providers.\n\nLead commercial negotiations and execution of amendments, renewals, and new agreements in coordination with legal and executive teams.\n\nTrack and enforce compliance with all commercial agreements, including PPAs, interconnection agreements, land leases, and merchant revenue participation.\n\nTechnical Operations\n\nOversee daily operations of utility‑scale solar assets, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance across the portfolio.\n\nPartner with O&M providers to monitor and improve plant performance, leveraging SCADA and monitoring platforms to track real‑time data and KPIs.\n\nLead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for performance deviations and outages.\n\nCoordinate project commissioning and handover from construction to operations, ensuring documentation, testing, and warranty initiation are complete.\n\nDevelop and oversee site‑level maintenance plans, asset health reviews, and performance optimization strategies.\n\nSupport technical audits, annual inspections, and NERC or environmental compliance as applicable.\n\nGeneral &
