The ideal candidate is a senior technical program leader expert in data infrastructure, on-premise to cloud migration, AWS, and Snowflake, who can create structure in ambiguous environments, coordinate many teams, and translate complex technical programs into measurable business impact.\nAbout the role\nLead cross-functional data infrastructure integration and modernization programs across Rocket and affiliated business platforms.\nDevelop and maintain multi-quarter roadmaps that balance platform modernization, operational maturity, security alignment, compliance readiness, cloud adoption, and business continuity.\nPartner with engineering and infrastructure teams to assess current-state capabilities, identify opportunities for improvement, and define practical execution plans.\nDrive alignment across teams on standards, priorities, dependencies, risks, milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes.\nSupport migration and modernization programs involving on-premise data infrastructure, AWS, Snowflake, and related enterprise data platforms.\nHelp define and implement operational standards for incident management, change management, monitoring, alerting, backup and recovery, patching, documentation, access management, and service ownership.\nWork with Security, Risk, Compliance, Enterprise Architecture, and Engineering teams to align data infrastructure platforms with enterprise standards.\nBuild metrics and reporting mechanisms that show progress across technical execution, operational maturity, reliability, compliance readiness, and business value.\nDevelop executive-level reporting that clearly communicates program status, risks, tradeoffs, decisions needed, and outcomes delivered.\nEstablish durable operating cadences for roadmap reviews, dependency tracking, risk reviews, milestone reporting, and stakeholder communication.\nAbout you\nMinimum Qualifications\n10+ years of experience in technical program management, infrastructure program leadership, data platform programs, cloud migration, or related technical delivery roles.\nExperience leading complex technical programs across multiple teams, functions, or business units.\nStrong understanding of data infrastructure concepts, including databases, data warehouses, data platforms, storage, compute, backup/recovery, operational support, and production reliability.\nExperience supporting or leading on-premise to cloud migration programs.\nExperience working with AWS or similar public cloud infrastructure platforms.\nStrong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, operational controls, risk management, and infrastructure standards.\nExperience defining roadmaps, success metrics, program health indicators, executive reporting, and measurable outcomes.\nProven ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and drive execution through influence.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical work into clear business outcomes.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in financial services, mortgage, banking, lending, insurance, or other regulated enterprise environments.\nExperience leading programs across acquired, merged, or affiliated business environments.\nFamiliarity with database and data platform technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle, Postgres, Redshift, Aurora, Cassandra, MongoDB, or similar platforms.\nFamiliarity with AWS infrastructure patterns and services, including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC networking, FSx, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, backup/recovery, security logging, and enterprise account governance.\nExperience partnering with InfoSec, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Governance, and Data Engineering teams.\nExperience building operational maturity models, infrastructure standards, platform governance mechanisms, or enterprise operating models.\nExperience with Snowflake migration, adoption, operations, or data platform modernization.\nExperience with FinOps, cloud cost management, infrastructure modernization, or platform consolidation.\nWhat you’ll get\nOur team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too!
