If you enjoy working evenings or prefer a quieter work environment, this schedule may be a great fit.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport overnight network deployment projects across the U.S.\nTake inbound calls from field technicians after equipment installations\nValidate newly installed network equipment using established procedures\nVerify connectivity for switches, routers, wireless access points, VoIP devices, and other network equipment\nDocument work in Jira Service Desk\nEscalate issues to senior engineers when needed\nHelp ensure stores are fully operational before opening each morning\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired\nExperience in Help Desk, Desktop Support, Service Desk, Technical Support, NOC, Call Center, or another IT support environment\nStrong troubleshooting and communication skills\nAbility to follow technical procedures and document work accurately\nComfortable working overnight hours\nEagerness to learn and grow in a networking career\nNice to Have (Not Required)\nBasic TCP/IP networking knowledge\nExposure to switches, routers, wireless networking, or firewalls\nCompTIA Network+, CCNA, Fortinet, or similar certifications\nExperience with Jira or another ticketing system\nRetail technology support experience\nDon't meet every qualification?
