Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to maintain a clean and safe working environment within a warehouse environment. This role involves a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal. This role will also oversee other janitorial staff members, ensuring all duties are completed on time and with good quality. Responsibilities: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors Dusting and wiping down surfaces Cleaning restrooms and break rooms Emptying trash and recycling bins Maintaining cleanliness of warehouse equipment and tools Assisting with general warehouse organization Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to work in various weather conditions, especially heat Exceptional attention to detail Physical Demands: Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching Exposure to cleaning chemicals Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.
