restaking strategies.Building backend systems to automate on-chain operations, secure user flows, and integrate protocol logic.Engaging in rigorous testing, code reviews, and documentation to uphold high standards of quality and maintainability.Participating as the security guardian in securing ether.fi's web3 tech stacks/ops.You Might Be a Fit If YouStrong programming & design skill in SolidityHave strong fundamentals in software engineering & enjoys problem solvings.Care about clean & secure smart contract code, and think deeply about edge cases and failure modes.Thrive in fast-moving environments where specs are open-ended and the best idea wins.Have hacked on Blockchain/Smart Contract stuff for fun — maybe you've built your own smart contracts, audited protocols, or
