Responsibilities\nQuickly learn the existing apis and begin enhancing them.\nUnderstand complex integration layers between various systems\nEngage directly with users to gain understanding of business processes to improve application effectiveness.\nAttend daily SCRUM standup meetings and provide input on the design of the API product\nServe as the bridge between the business team who create the API requirements, and the back-end development team who understand the back-end systems and data sources\nProvide input during requirement capture and user story creation\nReview API design with Product Owner and API engineering team then adjust as-needed\nAssist testing team in writing test-cases for the API\nCreate API documentation for the developers who consume the API (API Security Guide, API Developer Guide, etc.)\nAssist Developer Support Team with defects during the testing phase\nRequired Skills and Experience\nExperience in Telecommunications in a facility assignment and network provisioning role\nExcellent team player, eager to learn from others and to share skills with colleagues\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to write technical instructions\nStrong understanding of JSON format\nSolid understanding of RESTful APIs\nExperience using API testing tools such as Postman, SOAPUI\nInvestigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions.\nAbility to adapt quickly to learn and support new systems and applications.\nAble to manage projects, this includes interaction with internal/external customers.\nResolve technical problems using a pragmatic approach based on the OSI model\nRequired Software Skills\nOffice Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\nOperating Systems: Windows 7 and 10, Windows Server\nLanguages: basic knowledge of at least one language\nClient/Web Skills: Basic HTML\nDatabases: Microsoft SQL Server\nDesired Software Skills\nOperating Systems: Linux\nClient/Web Skills: VB.Net, ASP.Net, PHP, XSLT, JSON, jQuery, JavaScript\nDatabases: DB2, Oracle, MySQL\nLanguages: C#, T-SQL, C++, Java\nWeb Services: RESTful, SOAP, XML/JSON\nDevelopment Tools: Visual Studio 2010,
